We seamlessly handle a wide array of beverage categories, including liquid teas, sports drinks, mixed beverages, coffee, dairy drinks, protein shakes, and health-functional liquids. We also support wide-mouth (38mm) caps and push-pull caps optimized for kids’ beverages.

Introduction to the Hoengseong Facility
Established in September 2019 in the pristine region of Hoengseong, Gangwon-do, this facility is Korea’s newest dedicated aseptic beverage filling plant. Featuring advanced in-line production and a massive automated warehouse, we ensure agile, reliable, and rapid fulfillment for all global order and shipping schedules.

Dongwon Systems operates an advanced Aseptic Filling System powered by a hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) sterilization method. We guarantee absolute microbial safety through F0-value-based precision sterilization control and positive pressure management within our aseptic chambers.

The global standard for chemical sterilization. It safely decomposes into eco-friendly water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂) after application, ensuring ultimate product safety.

F0-Value-Based Precision Control
Rigorous heat-penetration tracking that guarantees the complete eradication of highly heat-resistant microorganisms, including Clostridium botulinum.

Aseptic Chamber Positive Pressure Control
Fundamentally blocks any potential external contamination by continuously maintaining a strict positive pressure environment inside the chamber.

Advanced Water Seal Design
Utilizes a PAA (Peracetic Acid) fluid seal to flawlessly maintain continuous sterilization at the critical interfaces between rotating and fixed components.

In-line Blow Molding & Filling
Directly links the bottle blow-molding process to the aseptic filling line in a single sequence, minimizing any exposure to external ambient air.

Multi-Layer Inspection System
Operates a rigorous 9-step automated quality-assurance protocol, including X-ray scanning, vision alignment, cap integrity, and weight verification.
