Why Dongwon Systems Aseptic Beverage?

Completed in 2019, our Hoengseong Plant is South Korea’s newest dedicated aseptic facility. Boasting a massive annual production capacity of 573 million bottles, it stands as one of the nation’s premier, most advanced smart packaging hubs.

We seamlessly handle a wide array of beverage categories, including liquid teas, sports drinks, mixed beverages, coffee, dairy drinks, protein shakes, and health-functional liquids. We also support wide-mouth (38mm) caps and push-pull caps optimized for kids’ beverages.

To guarantee unwavering quality and peak productivity, our plant is fully equipped with advanced machinery from global industry leaders, including Germany’s KHS Blomax 5 (molding), Japan’s Shibuya ZN60 (filling), and Germany’s Krones (labeling).

We leverage deep beverage development and strict quality control know-how accumulated through close collaboration with Dongwon Group’s prominent food and beverage subsidiaries, such as Dongwon F&B

We have established rock-solid, long-term strategic partnerships with leading industry giants, including Lotte Chilsung, Coca-Cola Beverage, hy (formerly Korea Yakult), Binggrae, Woongjin Foods, Namyang Dairy, and Hitejinro Beverage.

By directly linking the entire sequence from preform molding to aseptic filling via a synchronized in-line system, we fundamentally minimize contamination risks and maximize end-to-end production efficiency.

Introduction to the Hoengseong Facility

Established in September 2019 in the pristine region of Hoengseong, Gangwon-do, this facility is Korea’s newest dedicated aseptic beverage filling plant. Featuring advanced in-line production and a massive automated warehouse, we ensure agile, reliable, and rapid fulfillment for all global order and shipping schedules.

Volume Range: 180ml to 1.5L

Automated Warehouse

Automated Warehouse Capacity : 20,400 Cells (Expansion Planned)

Shipping Throughput : 90–100 trucks/day 

Our Hoengesong Facility: We feature a fully integrated, end-to-end production system spanning from in-house preform manufacturing to automated warehouse shipping.
